Anna is a member of the Athens Bar since 1987. After her Law studies in Greece, she also studied Public and Private International Law and Strategics at “The Graduate Institute of International Studies” in Geneva (Diploma cum laude). Her Phd, sponsored by the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, is on the “Formation of the Arbitration Agreement in International Transactions”. Previously partner in one of the most prestigious Athens based Law Firms, Anna runs, as from 2006, her own “boutique” Law Firm specializing exclusively on arbitration.

Anna has, as counsel, co-arbitrator, chairperson or expert witness, significant experience in energy (gas price revisions, gas market competition), construction (roadways, gas pipelines, electric power units, compression station, airports' maintenance, etc.), gaming and wagering (greyhound races, casinos administration- mergers and acquisitions, internet betting, VLGs), sports (NBA, FIBA) media, telecom, shareholders' agreements, defence (electronic war, submarines, off-sets) litter administration and Bilateral Investment Treaties cases either in ad hoc or under ICC, LCIA, CAS, UNCITRAL, PCA, SCC Rules arbitrations.

Antonios graduated from Aristotle University and London School of Economics, and holds a Ph.D. in international maritime arbitration. He practices as a lawyer since 1991, mainly focused on international arbitration, as counsel, co-arbitrator and chairman (esp. in international transactions, insurance, construction, energy and investment disputes). He is a partner and head of Rokas Law Firm's arbitration practice at its 11 offices in 10 countries. Law lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University, he teaches, among others, international commercial, investment and energy arbitration at the post-graduate level. He is the secretary-general of the European Court of Arbitration, vice-president of the Greek Association for Arbitration, vice-president of the Piraeus Association for Maritime Arbitration, member of the Executive Committee of the Greek Committee of International Arbitration of ICC Hellas, member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).

Assistant Professor Petros D. Selekos is a Doctor of Law (summa cum laude), at Law, Economics and Political Sciences University of Athens and is admitted to the Bar of Athens. He has initially studied Law in Athens Law School, then Company Law, Law of Intellectual Property, Law of Competition and Business Law in Munich - Max Planck Institute. Petros is the author of the book The trade register in the example of Registry SA (PhD thesis) and of numerous other articles and publications on various legal matters of commercial, corporate and competition law that were published both in Greece and abroad.

In 1996 Petros was hired as a lawyer, at the Secretariat of the Competition Commission (EpAnt) where he co-worked both to prepare Papers' series of that secretariat and for drafting proposals against appeals, which were discussed before the Board of Appeal of Athens and directed against decisions of the Competition Commission.

From March 1997 to March 1999 Petros held the position of legal advisor to the Ministry of Development (General Secretariat of Commerce Ministry of Development), while from March 1999 to May 2000, he held the position of legal adviser Minister of Public Order. In his former position he has worked closely with the Ministers for the promulgations of Laws and Regulations, the issue of bank insolvency matter, consumer protection, while in the latter position he has been reviewing EU public procurement rules etc.

Since autumn of 1997, he is actively practicing law in Athens Greece being a Partner of "Selekos-Gouskou and Associates Law Offices" specialized in business (Corporate and Commercial), Investment (Public and Private) Financial Law. From 2000-2019, held the position of legal advisor and manager on judicial affairs in courts of "Greek Post SA" (ELTA), while from May of 2002 until June 2003 he participated to the Permanent Legislative Committee of the Ministry of internal affairs.

Furthermore, in June 2011 Petros was appointed for almost five (5) years as a Secretary General for Strategic and Private Investments of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness and worked on Development Law's Issues, Investments' Files etc. Petros is admitted before the Supreme Court of Justice.

Dr Anna Plevri holds a law degree, an LLM (Hons) and a Doctorate (on Civil Procedure) (Hons) from the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In addition, she holds an LLM on International Law from the Department of Law of University of Thrace. Thus, she has been trained in various law and ADR trainings in many European countries, in the USA and in Dubai (Negotiation Training). She is an accredited Mediator (Civil, Commercial, Family, Workplace Disputes and ODR), a certified Mediator's Trainer and an Arbitrator (MCIArb). She is a licensed Supreme Court Attorney at Law, member of the Bar Association of Thessaloniki (Greece) (2004 on going), member of the Cyprus Bar Association (2015 on going) and member of the Greek and Cypriot Mediator's Registries. She is an author of many collaborative works and of two monographs, one on civil procedure (2014) and one on arbitration in energy disputes (Greek and European framework) (2018) (in Greek). She is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law of the University of Nicosia (July 2019 on going) (Lecturer from 2014 to July 2019). She teaches Civil Procedure, Arbitration, Mediation and Private International Law. She regularly publishes and participates as speaker in conferences on specialised legal topics such as civil procedure, international commercial arbitration, mediation, law and technology etc., often serving as Greece's or Cyprus's national reporter in international legal fora and international projects/publications. She speaks and works in Greek and English and knows German and Spanish.

Admitted to Athens Bar, 1986. Admitted to Supreme Court of Greece, 1997. Managing Partner and founder of the law firm "STAVROPOULOS & PARTNERS". The client base of the firm consists mainly of multinational companies including a number with American origin such as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, Pfizer and Du Pont.

Ioannis studied at the Law School of the University of Athens (LL.B., 1983) and the University of Kent, U.K. (LL.M., 1985). As a tax consultant or tax attorney with great experience and expertise in tax law matters, he has dealt with numerous cases concerning application of double taxation treaties, transfer pricing and the EU direct taxation and VAT legislation. A number of his cases constitute leading jurisprudence published in Greek and international legal and tax journals. He has participated in legislative and scientific committees either as an expert or representing various organizations. In 2012-2013 he participated, as an expert, in the tax reform committee in the Ministry of Finance which produced the current tax codes.

As a business lawyer, he has taken part in major merger and acquisition projects, domestic and international share and asset transactions as well as anti-trust cases. He has published articles on various tax issues and has participated as speaker in numerous seminars. He has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and he participates in the Taxation Committee of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce as well as in tax and legal committees of various other Federations and Chambers.

He is Professor of Private International Law at the School of Law of Aristotle University Thessaloniki, where he is teaching since 1991 Private International Law and International Business Law. He holds a PhD of the Paris-Sorbonne I University (1984).

He is attorney-at-law practicing since 1981 at the Court of Appeal and since 1990 at the Greek Supreme Court. Managing Partner of E. Vassilakakis and Associates Lawyers. Appointed as Judge at the Special Supreme Court of Greece for the period 2010-2011. Assistant Professor of Civil Procedure and Arbitration Law at the Law School of the University of Thrace. Name partner at Calavros Law Firm Filios - Babiniotis - Kloukinas. Licensed to practice before the Supreme Court. Member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Procedural Law and of Hellenic Arbitration Association. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including appeals and petitions for cassation before the Supreme Court. He has also served as counsel in numerous international and domestic commercial arbitrations and regularly represents clients in arbitration related litigation. His academic interests and writings revolve around appellate proceedings, cassation law, the binding effects of court decisions and arbitral awards and court review of arbitral awards. Educated in Greece (LL.B. University of Athens, SJD University of Thrace) and the US (LL.M. Harvard University).

Marily Paralika heads the International Arbitration practice at Fieldfisher Paris.

She has 15 years' experience in International Arbitration and acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings governed by the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCC arbitration rules, as well as ad hoc proceedings. Marily represents parties in the construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure sectors, both in commercial arbitrations and investor-state disputes, and assists with every step of the arbitral process, including pre-arbitral strategic advice. She has handled arbitrations arising out of international commercial contracts, including long-term gas supply agreements and concession contracts, but also matters arising out of M&A and shareholders' agreements. She also acts as an arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. Marily is the author of articles and publications in her field of expertise. She is a regular speaker at conferences on international arbitration and teaches at the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens.

Marily is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of ArbitralWomen. Prior to joining Fieldfisher Paris, Marily was a senior associate in the international arbitration group of White & Case in Paris, and a Deputy Counsel with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in, where she supervised numerous arbitration proceedings involving parties from all over the world.

Professor Harris P. Pamboukis studied law at Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne where he continued his studies and earned a PhD with honor's (Doctorat d' Etat en Droit) in 1990. In 2009 he has been elected as Professor of Private International Law at the Law School of the University of Athens (where he teaches private international law, international arbitration and international business law since 1991). In 2003 he taught a series of lessons at the prestigious Hague Academy of International Law, while in 2017 he taught as visiting Professor to the Paris Arbitration Academy the special course on “The Annulled Arbitral Award”. He is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court and he is one of the founding partners at Pamboukis Maravelis Nikolaidis & Associates Law Firm. He is the General Editor of the journal Arbitration & Mediation.

He served as Minister of State to the Prime Minister from October 2009 till June 2011. In August 2011 he resigned from the government.

He has been honored as Commandeur de la Légion d’honneur and he is the author of many books in the international legal field and several essays in politics.

Gregory P. Logothetis is Head Partner of the Dispute Resolution Department (Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation) of Koutalidis Law Firm and Head of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Public Power Corporation and a lawyer qualified to appear before the Supreme Court of Greece. He is a graduate of the University of Munich's School of Law.

He has actively participated in a great number of arbitration cases, of a commercial, engineering and construction scope, in the capacity primarily of attorney but also arbitrator, including ad hoc international arbitrations and international commercial, construction and engineering arbitrations, conducted according to the Rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UNCITRAL, London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA and the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).

In his capacity as Head of the Procurement and Contracts Department of the Public Power Corporation he has attended and collaborated in a significant number of arbitrations and several conciliation committees, for the amicable settlement of the Corporation's disputes, as arising from time to time, in the course of execution of major construction contracts.

He is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and ICC Hellas. He is a proficient user of the English and German language.

Born in 1960 in London, Gregory studied law at the Athens University Law School and holds an LL.M. from University College London, in Intellectual Property, Competition Law, Company Law and International Economic Law.

Gregory has served as in-house counsel for Mobil Oil Hellas S.A. and as General Legal Counsel of Toyota Hellas S.A.

He has served in various posts including as Chairman of the Computer Law Committee of the Greek Computer Society; Committee Member drafting the Rules and Regulations of the Athens Derivatives Exchange; Adjunct Faculty at the American College of Greece, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of EKO Chemicals and Refinery SA, ERGOSE S.A., and DEP-EKY S.A. and private companies (Levi Strauss Hellas, SAS Institute et al)

Gregory is a member of the Athens Bar Association and an advocate before the Supreme Court.

Sotiris has advised and represented companies and State-owned entities in domestic and international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and Greek arbitration rules. His experience includes engineering, energy (electricity and natural gas), construction, mining, commodities, anti-trust and state aid, privacy, and shareholders disputes, as well as disputes arising from main and offset agreements in the defence sector.

Sotiris regularly represents clients in arbitration related court proceedings (setting aside or recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards). He has also acted as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals under ICC Rules in numerous cases.

Sotiris has worked with the Legal Service of the European Commission and has served as external legal counsel to the European Commission.

George Panopoulos was born in 1978 in Tripolis, Arcadia. He studied law at the Faculty of Law of Athens (LLB, 2000; LLM in Civil Law, 2001) and at the University of Paris I (Panthéon – Sorbonne) (DEA droit international privé et droit du commerce international), where he obtained a PhD in 2007. Following that, he became involved in the practice of law as an attorney-at-law, and since 2014 he has been a partner at Lambadarios Law Firm, mainly in the fields of energy law, public contracts and arbitration. He is a scientific fellow of the Hellenic Institute for International and Foreign Law, of the University of Piraeus and of the Faculty of Law of Athens. He has worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Paris I, the University of Orléans and the University of Nicosia, as well as an assistant at the French Cour de cassation. His publications focus mainly on private international law, European economic law and arbitration.
