Professor Constantin Calavros is the founder and managing partner of Calavros Law Firm-Filios-Kloukinas.

He is a Professor of Civil Procedure and International Arbitration Law at the Democrition University of Thrace. Professor Calavros heads the litigation and dispute resolution department of the Firm. He specializes in national and international litigation and arbitration. He has represented numerous clients before national courts of all degrees, the European Union Court in Luxembourg and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Professor Calavros also deals with restructuring and companies' reorganisation, outsourcing and insolvency procedures. He has supervised and advised on some of the largest and most high-profile deals in the Greek market that range from corporate reorganisations to debt restructuring (including distressed debt and NPLs), and formal insolvency such as bankruptcy, judicial composition or liquidation. In this regard, he has acted as an advisor to Greek state controlled companies, Greek Government and ministers, especially in relation to privatization initiatives.

Professor Calavros acting as an external advisor to the Greek Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE) has also obtained in depth experience in pharmaceutical law and competition law matters.

Professor Calavros has been a member of various drafting committees which have revised Greek Civil Procedure Code.

Stavros Brekoulakis is the Michael and Laura Hwang Chair in International Arbitration at the National University of Singapore.

Stavros is the author of eight monographs, books and edited volumes and more than 30 articles in leading peer-reviewed law journals and is the General Editor of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement; Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management; the Co-editor of Kluwer's International Arbitration Law Library Series; and deputy Editor of Arbitration International.

Stavros has led several policy projects and advised governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental organisations, including as Co-Chair of the International Council of Commercial Arbitration Task Force on Third Party Funding; member of the London Bar Reform Committee; the Steering Committee of the UNCITRAL Academic Forum on Investor-State Dispute Settlement; the Investment Expert Trade Advisory Group of the UK Department for International Trade, Governing body of ICCA; LCIA Court; and ICC'S Commission on Arbitration.

Dr. Mantakou has 35 years experience in arbitration as counsel, co arbitrator, president of arbitral tribunals, expert witness in ad hoc arbitrations, under the ICC, LCIA ,SCC UNCITRAL Rules and Bilateral Investment Disputes. After 2011 she only serves as co-arbitrator or president of arbitral tribunals, merely on construction, energy and defense systems cases.

Antonias Dimolitsa has extensive experience in arbitration. She has served as President, Sole Arbitrator, Co-arbitrator and Counsel in numerous international arbitration proceedings, under the Rules of the ICC, LCIA, CEPANI, UNCITRAL, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. She has been President twice of ad hoc Committees in ICSID Annulment Proceedings.

Her areas of specialization include private international law, agency and distribution, construction, energy, EU law, foreign investment, international sales of goods, joint ventures.

She is the author of numerous articles on international arbitration and a frequent speaker in international conferences on international commercial contracts and arbitration.

For twelve years (1988-2000), she was member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She was member of the ICC working group on the revision (1998) of the Arbitration Rules and as Vice-President of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and member of the DSC Committee she also participated in the 2012 revision of the ICC Rules. She was Vice-President of the IBA Arbitration Committee and member of the IBA Subcommittee on the revision of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (2010). She was Vice-President of the ICC Institute of Word Business Law (2011-2020).

Ms Dimolitsa is Council Member of the Greek Arbitration Association, Member of the Club of Arbitrators of the Milan Chamber of National and International Arbitration, and Athens Correspondent of the International Arbitration Institute (IAI). She is also Greece's designee to the ICSID panel of arbitrators.
